One of my favorite dishes is a summer eggplant – fresh tomato pasta that perfectly complements the Mediterranean summer. I also adore a unique “vitello tonnato”, which is a cold dish that uses a tuna and caper sauce to cover thin slices of beef fillet.The wine list is quite adequate with a blend of Greek and Italian wines.
